What about payment?
We'll charge you only after service is completed. There's no hidden fees with us.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, just give us a text or call at your earliest convenience.
What do I need to do before service?
The only thing we ask is that your backyard is accessible at the time of service. If your gate is locked, please ensure the lock is removed prior to our arrival.
Do I need to be home?
No, you don't need to be home.
How will I know when you've arrived/left?
We'll send you a text when we’re on the way, and another with a photo of your closed gate once we’ve completed service.
What about bad weather?
If weather conditions don’t allow us to service your yard, we'll let you know as soon as possible. We'll re-schedule or service your yard at your next appointment.
